Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Always explains everything thoroughly with what she’s doing and why. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommended SP Physiotherapy to others. Thanks Steph!

Excellent visit with Lewis. Quick assessment of what issues I was having then straight to work sorting them out. Good sports massage to loosen things up along with some helpful pointers on stretching and strengthening a few weaker/problems areas. Returning for a follow up in a few weeks.

Appointment with Kat today for DT massage - lots of tightness/pain from running, cycling and football, which has been restricting my activity over the last week or so. Hadn't been for a massage for a few months and it was time. Great massage, lots of release and some more useful advice on easing this in future. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be going back regularly.

Always good
