Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Great massage as always, Jordan was able to focus on the areas causing me issues and I felt a noticeable difference after the massage.

Tina is the most amazing human ever!!!!!! I had the best massage I’ve ever had - she is so warm and welcoming with the most calming aura about her. You feel totally safe and relaxed in her presence. She catered perfectly to the needs and requirements of my body and understood exactly what areas required more attention. I cannot wait to go back! Everyone needs to see Tina.

Jordan was friendly and welcoming, I felt at ease and was able to discuss my complex conditions with confidence that he would understand. Jordan was naturally able to find the main points that needed addressing without me having to explain during the process, this is rare! He also taught me some good breathing techniques to help with stretching certain areas of my body. I have already recommended Jordan to friends and would definitely go back for more massage treatments

Another thorough and needed massage from Marie. I've started doing pottery and throwing on the wheel has caused a lot of knots in my shoulders and neck. Marie gave a tailored massage to help with those issues.

Excellent visit with Lewis. Quick assessment of what issues I was having then straight to work sorting them out. Good sports massage to loosen things up along with some helpful pointers on stretching and strengthening a few weaker/problems areas. Returning for a follow up in a few weeks.
