I had a deep tissue massage today, and honestly, it might be the best Thai massage I’ve ever had in London. My therapist was incredibly experienced, she knew exactly where to focus and how to release deep tension without ever making it feel rushed or routine. The staff were all so kind and attentive, genuinely caring and making sure I felt completely looked after. The space itself has such a warm, positive energy and is spotless too. I absolutely loved it. Hands down the best birthday present I received!

Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

Extremely happy with my nails done by Drusilla. Awe London is as always a relaxed, calm, clean atmosphere.

My first time here and absolutely loved it - would highly recommend!! Mimi was so welcoming and kind, and took great care with my nails, plus the decor in the salon is gorgeous. Will definitely come back when I’m in London, maybe in august this year 😄😍.

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

THE BEST SPRAY TAN IVE EVER HAD!!!! It was the perfect color, didn’t dry out my skin, and faded evenly. I’ve had a LOT of spray tans and I’ve never had one that was all three of the above. I wish I lived in London so I could get these all the time.

Hidden gem of central london. I forgot to take the lady's name who massage me today, but she was amazing!! She worked hard with my tight knots on my back, her pressure was amazing. Slept like a baby til she ask me to turnover. She was so good that I wanted to take her home so I can have her massage my crooked back all the time. I will definitely be back soon.

I visited Ivan Martynov Salon today for a haircut and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Online booking was easy and transparent, with clear prices and no hidden costs. My stylist, Liudmila, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about modern trends, and the result was exactly what I wanted. Even though the appointment took longer than planned, the price remained the same. Beautiful location, spotless salon, and outstanding service. After 8 years in London, this is one of my best salon experiences. Highly recommended — see you again soon!

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff at awe Canary Wharf were lovely as always! They ensured my nail art was exactly how I wanted— 10/10s across board. But, I was alarmed to learn that one employee, who had an airborne illness, still had to come to work. She was professional and diligent with my treatment, bless her, but it was clear she was in discomfort. This left me uneasy, as I was due to travel the next day and couldn’t help but worry about exposure. It would be reassuring to know that awe London has a sickness policy that allows unwell staff to stay home, to protect both their wellbeing and that of customers.
