I’m just traveling in London so I was worried about finding a good nail salon — Oksana did a beautiful job fixing a broken nail with a gelx and doing a full Russian manicure on the rest. She was really detailed and thorough in her work, checking the nail shape from every angle. Super clean job, I really appreciated it.

I booked a couple deep tissue massage. It was great! I put a note that l could like a male massagist for my partner for stronger hand presser but we both got two lovely ladies. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

A truly wonderful experience and I’ll be definitely going back. The technician was kind, politely conversational and did my pedicure with clear expertise. The salon is not busy and they informed me this is intentional to give customers a more calming and chilled experience- it was great! The owner happened to pop by and he made sure to check on me and give me some great local restaurant recommendations. So happy to have found such a gem in Clapham!

I usually go to Clapham, my first time going to the Knightsbridge branch. I was so pleased with the service, Maria was amazing, and she done my nails perfectly! An easy 10/10, she was lovely, warm and funny. Now everyone is complimenting my nails, she deserves a raise!
