Fabulous this is my second visit to Ampha for a lymphatic drainage massage . Ampha is a lovely person and amazing and so knowledgable at her job. I came out feeling great and felt the benefit of the massage . Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one . Five stars from me .

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough! Never experienced a deep tissue massage quite like it - Amy knows what wrong with your body before you do! Amazingly warm and genuinely down to earth. First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Great post surgery lymphatic massage, will be back for sure.
