I had a wonderful facial! Kush is skilled and knowledgeable about skincare as well as the face massage. Difficult to find someone who is informed about both aspects of being a facialist. And most importantly he is passionate about what he does! This is evident in his approach and how he treated me as his first time client.

Best waxing in London painless and incredibly fast. Won’t go anywhere else! It’s easily the best beauty clinic I’ve visited in the city.

The best massage I ever had. Jeff is very talented, polite and well presented. His studio is very luxurious with a calming atmosphere. He gave me an amazing massage. He started by asking me to sit on the table, then stretched me from behind. Then he massaged me for 1 hour and finished with more stretching and breathing work. I left feeling like a different person. The best masseur in London.

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

A fantastic experience and a belter of a massage. I had a deep tissue massage with Lynn and would thoroughly recommend it. The place was very calming and the massage left me very chilled and in a great floaty space. Lynn checks in throughout the session to adjust the pressure and strength as needed. I will definitely be back!

I have been seeing Hayley for my waxes for over 10 years now, and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else despite living in South London. She is quick, thorough and flawless; there are never any stray hairs, I love our chats and I leave feeling great. Strongly recommend!

Another beautiful experience and massage with Lynn, this is fast becoming a habit, the best kind of habit! I was travelling the following day so asked for something more relaxing with some deep tissue elements in the areas that needed more. It’s wonderful to meet a therapist that is so knowledgeable, understanding and adaptable to what you need and feel. The additions of the abdominal and face massage were totally spectacular and I left feeling lighter with a spring in my step. Lynn has an amazing ability to make you feel at ease within moments and I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Booking a buccal/face massage with Kush was truly worth both the time and money. Kush is not only knowledgeable but also very welcoming and engaging throughout the whole experience. Always a pleasure and first time using spa facilities. Spa area was lovely and clean and an oasis in East London. I have a great massage as part of the package and my daughter had a facial. Both of us feel relaxed and pampered.

What an amazing treatment! Kush is extremely skilled and professional. I had read the reviews on Fresha and thought to myself “can he really be THAT good?!” and the answer is YES! I am thoroughly impressed. From I entered the room to I left I felt well taken care of and safe. I shared what I believed I needed and that I trusted Kush’ intuition for what treatment I’d benefit from. I really was looking for a few hours of someone taking care of me, and he gave me the best face massage and facial treatment of my life. I will come back many times! I look forward to trying the jaw massage.

BEST wax in London hands down.. Hayley is efficient, thorough and it was hardly painful at all. Plus she makes you feel so comfortable and is lovely to chat to. Highly recommend. Il be back, thanks Hayley.

Friendly staff, romantic intimate private spa, and honestly the best prices ive seen in London! Only downside if the steamroom wasnt working during our booking. Would definitely recommend
