Had been given a voucher so decided to treat myself to something I wouldn't normally have and after discussion with Helen opted for the Lift & Sculpt Facial. It was an excellent recommendation! Helen explained clearly what she would be doing so once she began the treatment could be calm and relaxed. Helen is really knowledgeable and skilled and after the facial i was so relaxed and my skin was glowing and 5 days on it still feels very hydrated and my own skincare products go in so easily. The best massage experience I’ve had so far. Helen is so welcoming and kind and her space is perfectly relaxing, you feel at ease immediately. Helen clearly cares about her practice and takes care to ask about your problem areas and lifestyle before treatment, as well as checking in throughout and offering different ways to help you feel comfortable.
