I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I really recommend her services: an all round excellent experience!

I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. I actually feel like a new person coming out, I’m now going to be booking in monthly to maintain. Thank you again!

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.

Pete has treated my injury very well and was able to quickly identify the problem and get to work immediately. After only a couple of sessions and following his instructions between treatments I was feeling a lot better. On his advice I gently returned to running and ended up running the 10k I had entered with no issues afterwards. I'd happily recommend him to potential future clients
