This was a very enjoyable experience. The people on reception were welcoming and professional. The massage was therapeutic and extremely relaxing. The Spa is beautifully decorated and feels like a haven in the City.

Absolutely amazing spa, wonderful therapists and the reception team were so lovely and welcoming. What an absolute gem of a spot in the centre of Bath. We will definitely be back :)

I had an amazing experience at Thy Spa Bath. The atmosphere was calm, clean and instantly relaxing. Mrs Kim was truly the best — she listened to my concerns, adjusted the pressure perfectly and eased all my back pain with so much care and skill. I left feeling lighter, refreshed and completely looked after. One of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The Thy massage I received today was very thorough and a great experience great job, I do often have a massage when I’m in bath, but I must say this experience remarkable. 10/10 👍

Absolutely phenomenal. Can’t put it any clearer. The spa itself is stunning, they’ve done an amazing job with the layout and decor to create a relaxing environment. The staff are really sweet and professional, super friendly - talking to them felt like talking to friends you hadn’t seen in a long time. Just an all round incredible addition to Bath City 🫶 The only minor downside (which is in no way the team’s fault and I still had a fabulous experience) was the street noise from boy racer wannabes on a Friday evening

I had a wonderful massage with Anna. Everybody at Bath Natural Remedies is very welcoming and incredibly friendly. The treatment room is welcoming, clean and comfortable. I recommend it very highly.

Anna was a lovely therapist to have. I had a collagen facial and it was so relaxing. I fell asleep at one point! All the staff were lovely. They have lots of therapists so this would be a great place to go with a group of friends followed by lunch in Bath.

Caroline Metz is brilliant. The kinesology appointment was a total reset in ways I could not have imagined. A fascinating process and very healing. And the Bath Natural Remedies centre an unexpected haven. From the moment you walk in the energy shifts. Amazing herbal scents and super peaceful energy.
