Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Fran truly goes above and beyond! I had a massage with her, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus — it’s clear she has an incredible understanding of the body. Her work is not only highly effective but also incredibly thorough; she takes the time to do things properly and with great care. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Kasia gives a wonderful and relaxing massage. She makes me feel at ease straight away. She is also very understanding and sensitive to what I need and can apply pressure if required. She really helps to relax the muscles around my frozen shoulder. I would strongly recommend her.

I couldn’t be happier to be back with Lauren. There’s no one better in Bath in my view. Everything about my appointment was excellent, from the environment, the wax and the aftercare products. What a treat!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
