I had a 55mins massage focussing on my back, neck and shoulders, but also had a head and face massage during that time. I absolutely LOVED it! I felt so well taken care of and listened to. I have fibromyalgia and am hypermobile, so get lots of joint pain. This was such a wonderful massage. My knots are massive and not always need lots of pressure. Kate was brilliant, and sorted my nightmare back out. It felt like such a lovely luxurious massage, in a beautiful treatment room....I will definitely be back 🥰

I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. Kate was amazing! I had a cocoa enzyme peel and an add on of LED light treatment. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sat down with me and had an in depth 15 minute discussion before even beginning and really listened to my skin concerns and goals. I will definitely be purchasing some of the products she recommended to me. I left with my skin looking fresh and glowing. She also gave me a really amazing scalp massage during my treatment. I have already booked my next!

I have the million dollar facial which is amazing. The ice globe massage is gorgeous. Nicole is so lovely and explains everything & if you have any skin care worries she always has suggestions to make it better. Highly recommended.
