Robyn was great as always! I badly dislocated my shoulder in September causing me a lot of pain & lacking a lot of range in my shoulder. First massage in January, Robyn was able to release all the muscles surrounding my shoulder and make me virtually pain free and get my movement back. Second massage she was able to give me a much deeper massage and improve my range even more. I have been going to Robyn for massages for years, will continue to do so and recommend her to anyone!!

I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. Really friendly and kind and I would love to come back again soon - thank you!

Warm, relaxing back massage. The best in town!

This was my first visit to EB Beauty. Ellie gave me a warm welcome and showed me into her home salon. The massage I had was both relaxing and rejuvenating. We chatted during the massage at times though the silences weren't awkward. Ellie will adapt the pressure to suit you, the room was the right temperature, and the only thing missing in my opinion was a little background mood music. I look forward to my next appointment.

The lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely excellent. Tatjana is highly experienced and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. From the moment I arrived, she created a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel completely relaxed throughout the session. The massage itself was incredibly effective, and she also took the time to share valuable tips for ongoing maintenance. I left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and confident in her expertise. The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. The therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I was holding tension. The pressure was just right, and it never felt rushed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and like I could finally breathe properly again. It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be booking again. What a fabulous facial I received today. So relaxing & some great products used & my skin feels amazing. Had lots of treatments with Sian & always been very happy with each one. Would very highly recommend.

Robyn is highly professional and provided just the right level of deep pressure massage to ease the tension in my neck and shoulders.

Very relaxing and Ellie was very gentle and very through.

Absolutely love how i feel when i leave. you really change how i feel and hold myself the tension is literally lifted away. i feel so relaxed and unlike a massage the cupping goes much deeper helping to release muscles. I would highly recommend having cupping done.

The place could do with being warmed up in advance, I was cold throughout the experience and maybe an electric blanket would help? Apart from that the massage and Ellie were brilliant. Will be back again 🌟
