Aar was really helpful with a muscle strain. Understood my aches and tried some flexion which eased a good bit of pain. Hes really knowledgable and has a lot of techniques for muscle relief

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

I had the most amazing Swedish massage from Nicole honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and at ease.
