Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!

What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..

Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. His professional approach and expertise were evident throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable at all times The massage itself was incredibly effective, and I could immediately feel the difference Mike also provided helpful advice on stretches and self-care techniques that I could incorporate into my routine. Rokas was fantastic. Really pleasant, easy to talk to and relaxing. Made to feel totally comfortable throughout. I went for the full body sports massage to get month/year old tightness and soreness worked out, which in parts was a painful but necessary part of this type of massage. Feel far better for it now! Will definitely be coming back hopefully soon, and recommend Rokas and Ando Wellness for your sports massage needs. Thank you 😊
