I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

Shabana is an amazing therapist with healing hands. Her Black Dismonds facial with lymphatic massage was wonderful. The difference in the fine lines around my mouth was astonishing. I will definitely be booking a course of these!

I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

She went above and beyond to make sure I had the most relaxing experience, even adding in some thoughtful little extras that made it feel truly special. Shabana is so selfless and clearly does this work from the heart — not just as a business, but as a way to help those who are struggling.
