Had a great Indian head massage from shabana and just trusted her with what she felt would be right to have me feeling better. I've had migraine like headaches for the past three days and thought it might be coming from neck pain. Shabana worked that and more, never had my actual face massaged and was amazing, even my jaw! Today, first day, no headache!!! Feel great. Will book again as my self care time!!

Today I had my first lymphatic drainage massage and it exceeded all my expectations. The therapist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took time to understand what I needed before starting.
