I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. Had a deep tissue massage today with Tracy. She really got deep in and under my shoulders and got the knots out. I had my first session with Jenna today and it was an amazing experience! Having not had a massage in quite a while I was a little nervous and anxious at first but she made me feel incredibly welcome upon arrival and throughout the session itself. She was very attentive and created a bespoke session that really fitted and benefited me as an individual to my own needs. Will be definitely be coming back in the future and reccomend her and the rest of the team whole heartedly 🙏

I had a Swedish massage at Skinsense today and it was exactly what I needed. The space is super cozy, which made it feel really relaxing right away. The massage was amazing — really helped with the tension in my shoulders and just overall helped me switch off. Anna is lovely and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend if you just want to chill out and feel looked after!

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

My treatment with Kerry was great! Herr communication and approach were brilliant and I felt my muscles were so relaxed and less tense after the massage and cupping. Highly recommend!
