It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Sue was amazing with the back/neck/shoulder massage. She was quite accommodating as it was a last minute booking. I would recommend her if anyone is interested in getting a massage. The pressure points and movement really worked for me.
