Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Sanna did an amazing job on my nails. They were quite damaged, but she was incredibly patient and took great care throughout the process. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I had a very good experience. And the hair stylist rose done very well.. Even this is my first time in Coventry but it gives a great experience Thank you rose..

Maria was really amazing and done the whole treatment with extreme care! I have moved to coventry from London recently and couldn’t find a place where people would use hot wax for face with care! Thank you again Maria from myself and my Mrs and will see you again soon! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time visiting this massage therapist and she is amazing. Her technique and skill is perfect. Highly recommend her if you are struggling with tight and sore muscles. A 5 star review isn't high enough. Had an hour deep tissue massage and will definitely be going again. Thankyou very much Una.

Kesha did my haircut today and the overall experience was really good. She was professional, patient, and explained clearly what would suit my hair better. I appreciated her honest suggestion and attention to detail. The haircut turned out natural, fresh, and well-shaped, and the blow-dry added nice volume and movement. I felt comfortable throughout and left the salon really happy with the result. Will visit again. Totally recommend them.
