When you are so relaxed during your massage you fall asleep and then after can barely get off the bed and get dressed you know you’ve had the best massage. I could feel the stress just ooze out of my muscles. Julie and her amazing hands are, well simply amazing. Thanks again.

I had an extremely difficult to reach knot in my back, which thankfully Blair managed to move. I also have ongoing tendonitis which affects my heels so it makes it difficult to walk down the stairs first thing. Blair also manipulated and massaged my tendons and heels to try to ease the tension. He also worked on my stiff and painful shoulders and neck. Blair also suggested some exercises to strengthen my tendons. Hopefully, my tendons will get better after Blair’s treatment.

I was in a great deal of pain when I went to Blair last week. After a good massage he was able to give me exercises to keep the pain in control. He also was able to show my hubby how he could help. Worth every penny x

I had a sore right shoulder and Blair managed to fix it. I was also having trouble with the tendons on the back of my legs and Blair massaged my legs and eased off the pain. I finished off with Reflexology which finished off the session.
