I’ve been to over 15 physios/sports therapist since I started my football career and running, and not once have I met someone with such attention to detail, willingness to learn more and passion for being in this profession. Emma always gives great aftercare and wants to support you long term, not just see you back next week. Her application to strength training/in gym rehab is great and she always gives you a road map to getting back to doing your sport/activity rather than just telling you what you can’t do. A growth mindset approach. 5/5.

Ashley's feedback: My daughter bought me an Indian head massage for mothers day. When I went in I met the salon owner who was lovely, had a chat with her then Ashley came out to meet me with a very warm smile, she took me through the contra indication questions thoroughly, spoke to me at length about areas of tension and what my expectations were then proceeded to start the massage, it was AMAZING, Ashley spent some time warming and kneading my tension points on my neck until all knots popped out, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience & am looking forward to return.

Absolutely amazing! Massage was so good and Ashley couldn’t have been nicer! The accommodations made for specific issues was great and instructions for afterwards were very clear! One of the best massage experiences I’ve had!!

I walked in limping due to a tight calf and walked out with no limping! Emma is fantastic!!! I would absolutely 110% recommend Emma to anyone!!

Emma was lovely and friendly. She was really knowledgeable about what my issue was. She did a wide range of movements with me to get a proper understanding of where my knee pain was coming from. She gave me a few exercises to work at before each gym session so I will keep these up 4 times a week at least.

Emma is a friendly, welcoming and passionate therapist. Emma has amazing knowledgeable and experience of working with injuries and offering support during the rehabilitation period. I can not recommend Emma enough, she is amazing!!

Emma was extremely welcoming and professional throughout. She has a wealth of knowledge but was able to deliver it in a way that I could understand. I left with a clear plan of action and a positivity that I haven't felt in a long time.

I visited Emma last week for the first time, with an injury sustained a few weeks earlier to my back. Emma listened and asked appropriate questions, before discussing what our next steps would be. After a review of my movements, she treated me with soft tissue therapy, explaining throughout what she was doing and what to expect post treatment, ensuring I was comfortable and not in too much pain during the treatment. Emma demonstrated exercises that would be helpful and also emailed them to me, with video demonstrations attached, offering further assistance if required. Excellent service!

I had an appointment with Emma due to my knee pain and inflammation. She is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She physically showed me all exercise movements I should be doing and wrote me a programme in respect of same. After 2 times of using these exercises, I can feel the difference. Thanks 😄
