I visted Gayan via a recomendation from a freind who has had various sports injuries over 30 years and has used many different physios over this time. He said that of all the medical professionals that he has visited Gayan has been by far the best. I have had shoulder pain with limited mobility for over 6 months, had treatment via the NHS and other practitioners. At no point have I walked out after just an hours treatment feeling so good with an almost full range of mobility. Gayan explanes everything that he is going to do along the way and his knowledge and technique is unserpassed.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. I had my 1st ever session with Gayan today. Was amazing and the knowledge he has shines through! You know your in safe hands, if your worried don't be he will guide you through the therapy and explain everything along the way, whilst checking your ok. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone! Even the aftercare and explanation of what to expect after treatment is second to none.

So some times you walk in to great things and Asirilanka Therapy was certainly one of them. Gayan actually really fascinates me with his knowledge. I've seen him twice now and he knowledge is incredible. My treatment yesterday was perfcetion, I feel tended today but most importantly amazing. Ive been given exercises to do and I've never wanted to actually achieve these goals when I've seen other professionals but you know what Gayan tells you will work. I honestly feel that Gayan's goal in life is to make people feel better rather than just a job. Thank you. I feel a lot taller and bouncier 😉

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

First ever sports massage and was a very enjoyable experience. Kerry very friendly and welcoming but also extremely detailed and knowledgeable. Much needed and will return.

I had a sports massage, Kerry was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Ive had an ongoing issue with my shoulder which Kerry focused her time on, my shoulder feels the best it's felt in a very long time. The sport massage was great, Kerry is very knowledgeable and understands how work certain areas and I injures. Will be booking one again very soon. xx
