First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Kirstie was amazing. Walked in with 2 day migraine. Left feeling relaxed and head pain free. Happy to mix treatment to what was needed. Highly recommend 🙏🏻

Came with a lot of tension/stress and a niggle in my back and I’ve left with more movement and feeling so much more relaxed!!

First deep tissue massage with Jess and she was very professional and kind, she got a good history before the massage. During it she was very skilled and really focused on tension points and release them. I will definitely be back

Avril has always been very friendly and professional, after recently breaking my back, and being in constant pain, I found more relief from the massages than the actual painkillers

Nadia was really friendly and professional. She frequently checked in to make sure I was okay; checking for my comfort in terms of pain and temperature of wax. Really great wax too-thank you!!

Had my first bikini line wax with Carra today, left my nerves at the door and my brave face was on. Carra is amazing, I felt relaxed the whole time, tiny bit of pain but I'm sure I will get used to when I go back time and time again.
