Nice massage. Just a couple of things. On the start it would have been nice to ask what sort of pressure I like. Also I am pretty sure on booking it said 60min massage but was done within 45min. Room it self was nice but the floor could do with a mop.

I came to see Michelle for a last minute elite dermaplane facial and from start to finish she made me feel so welcomed and reassured with what she was doing. I had originally came in feeling quite tense and a little stressed out, but all of my tension and worries went away, not to mention my skin feels incredible, my makeup has glided on this week. What an amazing birthday party for my 8 year old and her friends. It’s the most relaxed we’ve ever felt at a party and Sophie and her team couldn’t do enough for us and for the girls. Highly recommend the pamper parties here, the girls were treated like princesses and were made to feel so special with all their treatments, and their lovely party bags too. Thank you so much Sophie for such a lovely morning… we’ll defo.be back soon!! x

Amazing service. Amazing staff and amazing treatment! I had the Japanese head spa, with add on arm and hand massage, hair mask and blow dry. Fell asleep with my treatment, was so relaxed highly recommend Cannot wait to go back!

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.
