Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. This place is a blessing to Bermondsey, you will not find a better place in south east and east London. The therapist who walked on my back and yoga stretched was incredibly good, she definitely knows her trade knew exactly the pressure points and has the experience to show for it.

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. Agata was brilliant- she was patient, helpful and gave a very professional and thorough deep tissue massage. I had woken in the morning and found i had lots of pain behind my shoulder blade and up my neck. Agata explained what she could do to best help given image freshness of the pain and also gave me advice for exercises to do at home. My shoulder was much improved by later that day after seeing her so I woukd highly recommend and I will most definitely look to book back in with her when I'm next back in Blackheath.

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
