I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

Second visit for Back Shu Acpunture & Cupping (hip)and once again a really positive experience. Rachel was attentive and took time to check how I was feeling. The treatments itself felt well paced & taliored to my needs with clear attention to areas of tension & discomfort. Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing every time! Felt so cared and looked after. My upper back was incredibly tight from weights and Pole fitness. After this session my muscles felt so much more relaxed. The environment is incredibly calming.

During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

Thank you Mike! Brilliant. Very thorough in identifying the issue and working on my back, legs and spine. I walked out feeling so much better than i expected to. Given exercises to help at home too.

So good I'm struggling to find the words. I've had a​ beautiful mix of Massage and Myofascia Release​ treatment today, which is the best massage treatment I've ever had. She listened to me and created something unique to me and my needs in that moment. I feel the most rested I have in a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences headaches and/or chronic pain. I'm trying to go back before I leave Liverpool, just wish she wasn't so far away from home for me!

Utterly amazing! Felt like my whole upper body had been opened back up. Didn’t realise how tense and hunched I was until afterwards. Back and chest felt wide and my shoulder instantly felt 100x better.

No words can describe how amazing my massage was. I am having a complicated pregnancy and wow this has totally supported and helped my pain and ability to mobilise. I highly recommend.
