I've been struggling with my back and hips for quite a long time. I explained the areas of pain to Brandon and he immediately got to work on those problem areas. Brandon was friendly, professional and delivered an outstanding massage. His garden massage room is light, airy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Coleman's Massage Therapies.

Kirk is extremely knowledgeable on human anatomy and the role each skeletal muscle plays in biomechanics to create pain at each spot and movement. The Sports Massage he offers is not a stronger deep tissue, because it wasn't about the amount of force applied to the "knots". In fact, he uses a moderate amount of strength you would get in a deep tissue or less than a deep tissue, but following the muscle fibres' natural direction and ease out the tension. He also gave me a few exercises to strengthen my weaker muscles that induced compensation in surrounding muscles. He's amazing!

As I said to Brandon - you know you ache but just deal with it and put it down to something in everyday life. That’s until someone like Brandon pokes and prods 🤣!! But afterwards I can tell that I felt a lot more comfortable, especially in my lower back. Brandon has a lovely room and is very respectful and easy going. I would recommend having a deep tissue massage.

I have been with a very discomfort and pain on my lower back for months. Been in doctors and quiropractor to find out why but nothing really clear. After my appointment today I felt happy as we might know why is causing this pain and we have put things into perspective with a plan. I am so happy and I highly recommend the recovery room.

Vikki was so friendly and helpful. She made it clear I could indicate whether I wanted more or less pressure throughout the sports massage, which I did. I noticed an immediate improvement in my back, which I'd hurt while gardening a few days before. Really eased the pain.

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

First time having a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage with Brandon. Great service once again, Brandon worked on my neck/shoulder area which has been a concern for me as it has been causing me a severe amount of pain for some time. I am already starting to notice the difference, especially when trying to get to sleep. Brandon also did some stretching exercises with me which has helped increase my mobility in my lower back and both shoulders. I highly recommend Coleman’s Massage to anyone suffering from injury or persistent muscle/joint pain.

Jenny greeted me warmly and took the time to discuss my needs. Her massage technique was exceptional, skillfully targeting knots and areas of tension, allowing me to deeply unwind. The reflexology added an extra layer of rejuvenation, with her expertise evident in navigating pressure points. Jenny's professionalism and genuine care made the experience even better. Wow, 3 hours after my treatment I’m still floating! Welcomed into my treatment by a friendly happy face, the bed was cosy and warm (electric blanket made me feel I was laying in a cuddle) I had messaged Jen asking for an hours back, neck and head massage and it was incredible. The variation of pressure - light and heavy - suited Excatly what I needed If you’re debating trying Jentle therapies, then just do it. You won’t regret it x
