I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

I recently had a Warm Bamboo Massage and it was absolutely amazing. The heated bamboo sticks felt incredibly soothing, and the pressure was perfect for easing deep tension, especially in my shoulders and back. Highly recommend the deluxe dermaplane facial. Abi was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The treatment was extremely relaxing and the products felt amazing. Abi even follows up personally with aftercare information. Will definitely be back!

Lovely full body hot stone massage with head massage for this appointment. Very relaxing. April is an expert at finding the knots in my back and working on them until they are gone. I have had significantly less back and shoulder aches and pains since I have had regular massage appointments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

First visit, I had a full body massage. April is thorough and will focus on where the tension is and what your body needs. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend it. I also got some advice about other treatments and am booking straight back in for my next visit!

I’ve now been to multiple appointments at A&K’s clinic and after experiencing severe back pain for a long period of time and seeking help from many people/businesses, including the NHS, and getting nowhere, I can now confidently say I’m well on my way to getting it sorted. I always feel a warm welcome going to my appointments and leave feeling amazing! The services they offer far expand massages and they offer an extensive amount of different services. I highly recommend A&K to anyone looking for services they offer at a very high level of expertise with even more reasonable costs!
