I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. Was able to book and pay online ahead of the day. Having a real back pain issue, I was made to feel relaxed and in control of pressure used to iron out knots in my back even I didn't realise were there. I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Very professional and friendly. Walked in bent over walked out back straight. Sherean took the time to also show me stretches to do at home to help keep me free from pain. I would definitely recommend Body 1st.
