Charlie is THE man! Charlie, was professional and made me feel at ease right away! He listened to the issue I had and took his time to find out where the problem was. The sports massage he gave was amazing, to the point when I went to leave the pressure on my back had eased so much! I’m a fitness instructor so my back is crucial to me and even after nearly 10 hours into the day I feel so much better and it’s only been one session. Would highly recommend Charlie.

Charlie was very friendly, professional, full of knowledge. Made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in , already know Charlie from classes in the gym but this was very different from a class. Had a top class assessment of my problems and medical history. Starting treatment and explained everything, except I didn’t know my right to left ! Felt great when we had finished, neck less tense and shoulder feels good . I totally recommend Charlie . Lou

Having used Charlie for injuries previously, I have now started training with him on a 1-2-1 basis. Charlie tailors the workouts to your requirements and keeps them fun and interesting, whilst pushing you as far as you can go. He explains the benefits of each exercise, the muscles it utilises and how this will benefit you long term. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone starting out on their fitness journey or looking to expand their knowledge.

Charlie really made me feel comfortable and I trusted his advice and left feeling more positive about improving my fitness and pain levels in relation to my condition.
