Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! My first but definitely not my last back neck and shoulders massage with Libby! Libby made sure I was comfortable at all times and asked me exactly what I would like from the massage, I asked her to target the knots in my back and shoulders which she did really well! It was my first time visiting Maria Charles after hearing positive feedback from friends - it did not disappoint! Lauren is AMAZING at eyebrows and Savannah did a lovely job on the pedicure I booked. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault. Thank you!!

Went to Lacie and asked her to recreate the orange/pink ombré that Brooke created a few weeks back for me. Although never done before Lacie aced it. They look fab and the almond shape is spot on! Can’t wait to see her again to let her loose with some nail art

Molly was incredible, my massage was the perfect combination of firm pressure on my back where I have a lot of tension and knots, and relaxation everywhere else. The whole experience was comfortable, I can’t recommend enough, and I can’t wait to go back!

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I even left with a Christmas gift! 10/10 all round, I will definitely be back 🦋🌿🥰

I had a Swedish body massage with Hannah, she was lovely, friendly and put you at ease. She explained everything and carried out a very good relaxing massage. Also as it is hot at the moment, she had a cool fan on, which made the experience more comfortable and the room was very ambient with relaxing music.
