Maria’s back, neck and shoulder massage was very relaxing and helped ease some tension in these areas. This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d booked a neck and back with Nikki, but she realised I needed more and as a courtesy used hot stones to help and did a full body treatment, which is what I really needed. She was brilliant at spotting the points where I needed more help and working on them. I was so impressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely start once a month.
