We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

She explained every step of the process and carried everything out with great care and attention to detail. She was also quick and efficient, while making sure I was comfortable throughout. This is now my favourite and most recommended Thai massage in Birmingham. After my trusted therapist moved back to Thailand, I struggled to find the right place — until Faa. I’ve had two sessions and left both times genuinely rejuvenated. I suffer with lower back pain, sciatic issues and tight hips from long 12-hour shifts, and her deep tissue hot oil massage is strong, precise and truly therapeutic.
