One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

I went for a hot stone massage, and it didn't disappoint 😴 The treatment was so relaxing and the massage included back, neck,arms, legs and finishing with a rejuvenating foot scrub. Would highly recommend this treatment to ease away any stress and every day aches and pains.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. I’ve had massages all over the world. I’m qualified as a massage therapist too so I never usually fully relax during massage as I’m “watching”what they’re doing. But this was the best massage I’ve ever had hands down. I’ll be returning regularly that’s for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!

Had our first visit to Haus Massage and Natural Beauty in Cardiff and it was absolutely fantastic. Holly was so warm and professional. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was totally comfortable, even checked in about my asthma, and gave one of the most thorough massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely unblocked and relaxed. She also gave really helpful aftercare advice. My partner saw Kate and said her massage was just as amazing. Even on a really hot day, the room was cool and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!
