Both Haze( hands)l and Jeremy( feet) Were really very good and pleasant. I was very happy with the service. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the music was so loud and tha people were all talking so loud. If I could suggest any improvements it would be to have signs asking people and staff to whisper and then lowered the music volume,as it is called a spa.

I have been coming to Pro Nail for a few years now. I always leave with a good relaxed feeling . The shop is very clean and always feel welcomed by all the staff . Tina has been looking after my shellac pedicures and does amazing work . She is very professional , kind and does an excellent job. Never felt rushed as she takes time to attend to any concerns I have with my nails . The hot stone massage is so rejuvenating and uplifting to a person’s well being. It is so important for all technicians to take their time doing their jobs with each customer , so one can leave feeling good !

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

I just had another visit at pro nails n it was awesome these beautiful ladies once again did n amazing job I'm greeted with such grace always served a beverage of my choice n always given choices pertaining to my service that day I frequent pro nails I gave since 2015 I get gel nails spa pedicure eyebrow wax n tint n lash extensions n let me say I feel great look great so happy these amazing ladies create magic I have been n will continue to be a faithful client so this being said plz go n check out pro nails on 1565 regent ave it's always a pleasure ❤️

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. First time there and it was honestly great! The salon was clean and inviting, complementary drinks which was the first salon ever to do that and they gave us fortune cookies as well. the only complaint i would have is that i got my toes done and they didn’t check the water before touching my foot with it so i ended up getting a blister but they were very kind and offered me aloha vera & gave me 5 dollars off for the incident. Very professional and super polite! Would definitely recommend this salon to any of my friends or family! My nails look A1 👀 and definitely gonna be my new spot. 🌸✨🩷

My fiance and I got a pedicure (first time for him) and we had a great experience. We were given fortune cookies and a complimentary beverage. They were very kind and did a great job with my shellac. My fiance had a great time and said he would definitely come back and get another pedicure - he said his feet never felt so good!
