Both Haze( hands)l and Jeremy( feet) Were really very good and pleasant. I was very happy with the service. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the music was so loud and tha people were all talking so loud. If I could suggest any improvements it would be to have signs asking people and staff to whisper and then lowered the music volume,as it is called a spa.

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

Absolutely in love with my new nails from Ruby Nails 😍💅🏽 I decided to try a different design today and Hazel understood the vision perfectly! The red chrome cat-eye effect is so elegant, classy, and eye-catching. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything looked flawless. The service was amazing from start to finish professional, friendly, and relaxing. Hazel is truly talented❤️ Highly recommend booking with Hazel if you want beautiful nails and great service. I loved this nail salon! The staff were very welcoming, respectful, and professional with customers. The salon was very clean, and the service was excellent. I really appreciated how one of the workers brought me different nail colors to choose from and then kindly asked if I wanted something to drink from their available options. What I liked most was how professional the staff were with each other instead of constantly chatting in their own language like in some other salons. Overall, such a lovely experience — highly recommended!

I come here all the time to get my nails done with my daughters, and we always have such a great experience. We’ve tried other salons, but nothing compares to the way we’re treated at Ruby Nail Bar. They don’t just do an amazing job on our nails they truly treat us like family. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!

It was not with Jeremy and the nail tech did not have a name badge on. Unfortunately there were 2 nail techs when I came in & one got the polish and the other did the nails and missed that the polish was a Cat Eye so when she finished that is when we realized the cat eye effect had not been done and we had to redo the polish. Otherwise she did an amazing job with my nails.

I booked a specific nail appt with a tech I looked up reviews for and wanted to try. I had to keep asking when each nail tech started on my nails if they were who I requested. Eventually I got who I requested. I know I’m more attention detailed when it comes to my nails so I’m fine with waiting or paying more when I have certain expectations. Other than that the business is very kind, welcoming and professional. Good atmosphere and very accommodating. Thank you for your extra efforts and time today. :) I’ll be back.

I have been in many different nail bars in the city for 20 years and not one nail place is as amazing as Ruby nails, why? Because they are all so friendly and kind and also serve you coffee, tea, and a little treat, but the best one at all is how friendly they all are, I’m definitely choosing to go to Ruby nails from now on! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
