Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

My 4th visit here tonight! Kevin is always amazing, and I always leave so grateful and nourished and relaxed. Tonight he really helped release some tension and deep ache in my back, as well as glutes, legs and feet. Just perfect and always fully catered to what you want and need throughout the massage. I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

I can't recommend Forget Me Not Thai enough. I was looking for a place to have a calm and relaxing experience for my birthday and visited here on a recommendation from a colleague. The entire experience was delightful. I found the staff to be extremely professional and highly skilled. I had a combination Thai/relaxation massage and the practitioner used the perfect amount of pressure, also took muscles through a range of motion. I had a very relaxing foot scrub and to finish. Pure joy! If you are looking for an affordable but luxurious experience, I highly recommend Forget Me Not!
