Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

My 4th visit here tonight! Kevin is always amazing, and I always leave so grateful and nourished and relaxed. Tonight he really helped release some tension and deep ache in my back, as well as glutes, legs and feet. Just perfect and always fully catered to what you want and need throughout the massage. Great deep tissue massage from Mew - i'd walked 25km the day before (Walk for a Bloke charity walk) and needed back, legs, feet massage to recover. Her service was fantastic - it hurt, but it was a good hurt and I feel much better today.

I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

Absolutely fantastic! I had tried a few nail places in the area before and this was the first salon that was professional and delivered amazing service. Very well organised and both the pedicure and manicure were done very thoroughly and with attention to detail. They are using very nice products and even a little foot massage. I loved the massage chairs too. I will certainly be back!

It really was a wonderful experience. We are so glad that Bamboo Spa is here in Melbourne. We are from NZ and have always enjoyed visiting this spa in Henderson and Onehunga. Would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to going back.
