Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I gave this place a 100 out of 10 as it’s absolutely amazing and well worth every cent! So so relaxing and nice! Highly recommend everyone get a scalp massage, treatment and facial, best spa in Canberra by far! Great staff too, thank you Jennifer! 👏❤️👏

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

The best deep tissue massage in Canberra by far. Truely precise targeted deep tissue, not just a regular firm massage that you get from others. I feel younger after just one treatment.

I had an amazing massage experience with Jan! Her technique was excellent — she knew exactly where the tension points were and worked on every spot perfectly. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The muscle stretching and pressure were just right, helping relieve all my stiffness and stress. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended if you want a real deep relaxation and muscle recovery experience!.Thanks again Jenny for your hard work will see you soon.

From the moment it began, her technique was incredible — perfectly balanced, deeply soothing, and incredibly rejuvenating. She has a genuine talent and clearly takes pride in her work, creating an experience that felt both calming and luxurious. My experience at Canberra Day Spa was lovely , my only suggestion would be to get wider and longer tables the table was narrow for a larger person and seemed short and firm . Otherwise treatment was nice thank you

From consultation to treatment and at home care, Marie knows all there is about scalp health and hair integrity. Throughout my time at the Scalp Spa I felt comfortable and looked after. I now have a greater understanding of my hair and scalp health and feel knowledgeable in tackling my concerns in an ongoing and manageable capacity. 10/10 - Had the most amazing experience at Canberra Day Spa today. Highly recommend the Grounding Ritual for 2 & 1/2 hours of relaxation. The team are attentive and anticipated my requests of water and bathroom breaks. Left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.
