The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Best day spa experience in Canberra. Loved the bath house experience, the luxurious lounge room with open fire to drink tea in before and after the treatment. The facial was excellent. Will definitely be back

My experience at Canberra Day Spa was lovely , my only suggestion would be to get wider and longer tables the table was narrow for a larger person and seemed short and firm . Otherwise treatment was nice thank you

A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

From consultation to treatment and at home care, Marie knows all there is about scalp health and hair integrity. Throughout my time at the Scalp Spa I felt comfortable and looked after. I now have a greater understanding of my hair and scalp health and feel knowledgeable in tackling my concerns in an ongoing and manageable capacity. After the sessions, I feel relaxed and impressed. DMK products like Beta Gel, Herbal Pigment, Herb & Mineral Hydroloc, and Revitosin have really helped me, and I feel great. I recently started the Brow Tint & Tidy with Hannah and Charli, who are both gentle and professional. The entire Lab Canberra team is fantastic!
