One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.

I have just had Colombian wood therapy with Alice. What an amazing treatment. The perfect mix of relaxation and massage with using wooden tools to manage tension and drain the lymphatic system. I think this is my new favourite. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time

This was my first massage with Faith and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Very welcoming, had a discussion before we began about the pressure l liked, what I expected to gain from the treatment and if I had any problem areas or areas I would like her to concentrate on Faith mentioned the room temperature if I was happy with it and to let her know at any time if I was hot Faith checked l was comfortable before she began, checked if I was happy with the pressure she was using during the massage Very relaxing and calming environment Came away feeling very relaxed and zoned out

I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell I was in very experienced hands from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the body and delivers exceptional results, I can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!

Going away on a big holiday so went to Helen for a pedicure, back and neck massage and a facial. Always such a treat in a hectic world to have that 'me' time, very professional yet friendly, beautiful products and Helen has a wealth of beauty knowledge and advice to share. My treatments with Helen never disappoint. I had my usual pedicure, facial and back massage. Although Helen does a full body massage, I tend to have the 15-minute back massage which is very therapeutic and she eases away any knots in my shoulders. Her treatment room is so welcoming and comfortable and I look forward to my visits every six weeks as a break from all the commitments I have and the chance to relax, chat and be pampered. I cannot recommend her treatments and beauty advice highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
