My first time visiting with the Bodhifit Studio, one of the members (I forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and professional. I did post op Lymphatic massage today, it was amazing, very relaxing and she was very gentle around the were surgery area. It doesn't pain as all; look forward to the next appointment. :) will see you next week. Thank you very much.

Marie provided one of the most relaxing and enjoyable scalp massages I’ve ever had. From the moment it began, her technique was incredible — perfectly balanced, deeply soothing, and incredibly rejuvenating. She has a genuine talent and clearly takes pride in her work, creating an experience that felt both calming and luxurious. A lovely and friendly team greet you at the door, and the infrared saunas are beautifully appointed with a shower for cooling off when needed! Highly recommend. Other saunas in Canberra are more of a sports recovery, does the job but doesn’t provide a luxe experience, or is part of a bathhouse experience which is more expensive. Reju perfectly creates a wellness experience that is relaxing and beautifully designed.

My first time to Reju and it was amazing! I opted for the Suana session. You actually get your own private suite for 45min, with your own shower, sauna (90°C) and sitting area. This place is was well thought out and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys body maintenance. I'll be back next time I'm in Canberra. Thanks Reju!

My first visit did not disappoint! Jennifer was superb, I felt relaxed as soon as my head lay on the bed with beautiful ambiance and warm rooms. The scalp treatment was incredible, I didn’t realise how thorough the treatment was, and I was expecting to have my neck hanging over the bed in a basin which would’ve been uncomfortable, but it was magic and somehow stayed in the bed, very comfy. I also had a dreamy facial and a soothing neck and shoulder massage. My only complaint is that it ended, I really could’ve gone for an extra hour. Thank you Jennifer, I’m still floating.

Great experience and very helpful staff I really benefited from the HBOT , the swelling and stiffness greatly reduced in my knee . Also benefited from a session. If cryotherapy !
