The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

I have a lovely experience , staff was very courteous and professional. The ambient was good . Ample parking space

The Royal hammam was out of this world and the Swedish massage was extremely relaxing, I also had a brightening facial and the effect is instant. face and skin are glowing...I'm completely sold and would always recommend to friends and family. Staff were also very attentive to my requests, what else can I say? money welllllll spent!!

The hamam experience and scrub was great. I will be back for that. My massage was not great. The lights were not dimmed, the room was cold, no aromatherapy. My masseuse’s phone went off multiple times and she even answered it once!

I give mudspa a 10/10.... every session was worth it. Very impressive 👏 You'll be seeing more of me.

It was a very relaxing experience, the environment was clean, tranquil and comforting to my soul...I will definitely visit again and refer all my friends that deserve pampering after a hectic work week. I especially like the fact that you can just stretch out and have a cup of tea after a relaxing massage.
