Sunny is truly amazing! He has an incredible understanding of the muscles, their attachments, and how everything in the body works together. He worked on areas I didn’t even realize needed attention, and I felt like I learned more about my own body during the session. The way he follows the body’s natural lines and movement is unlike any massage I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely renewed. The way I felt after today’s massage was simply unmatched. I can’t recommend Sunny enough!

Where do I start? The space? Immaculate - inviting, smelled so good, so peaceful. The front desk? The sweetest! She was so warm and welcoming. The massage??! Grace is a healer! That is undeniable. Grace listened to my current issues with my back and ankle and then proceeded to give me the best massage I have ever had. One that both my body and soul needed. It was my first Thai massage and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to anything else. The techniques were exactly what my body needed. Grace was so kind to speak to so that on top of mind blowing massage, I can see why my coworker referred her!

I booked an appointment because of all the tension in my shoulders, neck, and back—but I was surprised to discover even more tightness in other areas of my body. Master had very precise and deep pressure, a rare quality; and intuitive sense of what I needed. One suggestion is a I wish more time was just going at those deep spots and less on muscle activation exercises that a physical therapist or personal trainer might do. I wish I lived in an alternate universe where I could regularly bust out $250 for a 75 min massage.

Incredible Experience! Very clean and soothing atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. My favorite therapists are Sunny and Kate. They can locate all my problem areas and effectively work out any tension or knots. Their expertise in understanding the body and muscles is unparalleled. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of service is absolutely worth it. If you can swing it, I highly recommend booking a session with the masters, Sunny and Grace. It’s no surprise that people come from New York and all over the country come to Bambat to experience their world-class massages.

Sunny is simply the best! He is polite, considerate, making you feel welcome the minute you see him. He is extremely skilled and detail-oriented, paying attention to the different levels of tension in all parts of the body - truly a master massage therapist! The receptionist is also very helpful.
