Best massage around! The massage specialists are so talented and you can really feel that theyre experts in how the muscles hold onto stress and exactly what to do to beat relieve pain and tension based on how your body feels to the touch. I also appreciate the deep assisted stretches and lymphatic drainage techniques used during service. I had Vikky and she was phenomenal as she is every time I’ve had her - she checked in and made adjustments as asked and I will definitely be back here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another incredible TMJ massage with Jo. While some parts of the treatment aren’t exactly pleasant (which is to be expected when you’re working through deep tension), Jo is truly a professional and an expert at what she does. I could literally feel the tension melting away as the session went on. I left feeling so much better and already can’t wait for my next appointment!

Sunny is truly amazing! He has an incredible understanding of the muscles, their attachments, and how everything in the body works together. He worked on areas I didn’t even realize needed attention, and I felt like I learned more about my own body during the session. The way he follows the body’s natural lines and movement is unlike any massage I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely renewed. The way I felt after today’s massage was simply unmatched. I can’t recommend Sunny enough!

Where do I start? The space? Immaculate - inviting, smelled so good, so peaceful. The front desk? The sweetest! She was so warm and welcoming. The massage??! Grace is a healer! That is undeniable. Grace listened to my current issues with my back and ankle and then proceeded to give me the best massage I have ever had. One that both my body and soul needed. It was my first Thai massage and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to anything else. The techniques were exactly what my body needed. Grace was so kind to speak to so that on top of mind blowing massage, I can see why my coworker referred her!

Great location. Parking was fine on a side street. Great receptionist. Althea was an amazing massage therapist. I didn’t even realize how tense my body was. As a runner, this is just what I needed to recover from a grueling half-marathon. This was my first deep tissue massage. There was a lot of discussion about how I’m feeling and the pressure applied. It was great. I would highly recommend even if you have to drive a while to get there. I drove for about 30 minutes each way and it was worth it. It’s more than worth driving an hour each way.

I recently had a traditional Thai massage with Vicky, and it was nothing short of transformative. She is incredibly talented. Not only did she relieve tension and pain in areas I didn’t even realize were tight, but she did so with such skill and intuition that I felt like she could sense exactly what my body needed. Her technique was both powerful and deeply restorative. At times it felt as though she was unraveling years of built-up stress, layer by layer. I joked afterward that I may have seen God - that’s how profound the experience was! Highly, highly recommend!

Snow checked in frequently about every detail, from whether I needed a tissue to the amount of pressure and did an amazing facial massage that relieved jaw tension. A perfect massage!

This was the best massage we’ve ever had. We got a couples massage and massage therapists were extremely good, intuitive, listened and checked in throughout the massage about areas of concern and the amount of pressure applied. They know their craft well. Both of us have had many, many massages over the course of our lives from different practitioners and with different styles- but this one was the best. Praan massage is above and beyond with the quality of their bodywork. These are true healers- make an appointment and go- your body and health will thank you.

Had the best experience at PemSpa! Pema took the time to really understand my skin and what my goals were. I told her that I had recently had more breakouts on my chin so needed a deep clean and extractions. She was meticulous in cleaning my skin and I left glowing! Highly recommend!
