Our experience was awesome, the driver picked us up at our Airbnb and brought us to the spa. Our first treatment was the sugar scrub, which was great, 10/10. We then did the full body massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. We didn't have any issues with our entire experience. We will be visiting again more regularly.

Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. Omg, my pedicurist was good, very pleasant but let me tell youuuuuuuuu Shari, heaven sent!!! We talked from start to finish. Thumbs up to you Shari for the most amazing nails for my Bday tomorrow! I love love love. I’m sorry I didn’t get my pedicurist name but thumbs up to you as well because you made my feet happy and now mi can rub foot pon husband without worry lol , feet soft like baby *****. Thanks to the amazing receptionist, so polite, full a manners and everything was just amazing. It was my first but I’m definitely now a customer. This should have been a 5 star review but the decor (not very inviting) was full. However I’ll focus on the service. Staff were courteous and professional. Lee-Antoinette was excellent she gave one of the best massage I’ve had in a while and it was worth every penny and more. I went in unable to turn my head and came out flexing and 90% pain free. Forever grateful and will return for treatment when I’m in Jamaica.

Rarmarjo was professional, pleasant and very accommodating in regards to managing pain from a fall He built a call relaxing environment with strong deelp tissue massage. Hot stones were new.to me and it was am amazing introduction to this technique. Thank you Ramarjo and Escape to Exhale Day spa

This is the most amazing day spa. My driver was late picking me up from my Airbnb but they were accommodating and understanding, they even offered to come and pick me up. I had a deep tissue massage with Garvin. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I think it was the best deep tissue massage I ever had!!! I will definitely be back!!

Always a pleasure. Karen I think was my technician and she always does a great job. Annette and her team is always on point. Annette hovers like a mother ensuring that EVERY CLIENT is great!! She LISTENS and that's the foundation of Customer service. I have not experienced that any where in montego Bay that offers this service!! They are really the best in montego bay and I have been in tourism industry for 23 years, great Customer service is very very important. Only tip n sip makes me feel like coming back all the time. I don't feel like I was robbed when I am paying my bill!! Love it 🥰💯
