The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. Highly recommend karl and the treatments he provides. The main issue I had was not having full movement in my neck which was also causing an issue with my traps. I now have full movement in my neck and no pain at all. Karl is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you have muscle or joint pain go and see him. Very reasonable as well £. 👍

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!
