Went to Andrew with lower back from CrossFit and running, he went through all the potential courses and how I can prevent them. Full body massage focusing on lower back for pain and tight hamstrings made sure to work on areas of concerns. Amazing service couldn't recommend him more

Great place to go for a sports massage. Andrew is really friendly and very knowledgable. He took time to understand the reasoning for wanting to get the massage and really focused on those areas as well as covering full body. I can feel a huge difference straight away, will definitely be visiting again

She has an expansive array of holistic treatments, massages, facials, nails and other beauty regimes and she is always undertaking course to improve her skills or learn completely new ones. Great salon, fabulous facilities and very affordable prices and lots of special offers; and I can’t recommend her enough.

Andrew was amazing. It was my first time getting a sports massage and it’s safe to say I will definitely be back! After a recent injury to my lower back and tightness in my muscles when training, Andrew took the time to discuss my injury, how it happened and went through my form to assess why my injury could have happened. He gave me sound advice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Really great experience, I feel a million times better already, thanks Andrew.
