I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Most importantly, since my massage I’ve been able to relax for the first time this year. Will be back! Thank you so much!

Went to Andrew with lower back from CrossFit and running, he went through all the potential courses and how I can prevent them. Full body massage focusing on lower back for pain and tight hamstrings made sure to work on areas of concerns. Amazing service couldn't recommend him more

I had a sports massage with Andrew as a last resort, after 5 months of agony due to a tear in the tendon. Nothing was helping, not even physiotherapy. Really gets into those trigger points to release the muscles. Best massages I've ever had to help release all my knots.
