First time with Maria. She was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Had a deep tissue massage. Her technique gets right into the tension areas. Very relaxing time and I nodded off for a few minutes. Extremely pleased and recommend highly.

I recently had a baby and I’m doing pressotherapy sessions to reduce fluid retention. My body feels great and lighter after each session. Highly recommend this treatment. Also staff is lovely!

After a long week of working I found myself spoiled in Diane's hands. We always talk at first and this is how Diane adjust the proper oil and technique to my needs. It's a bespoke treatment which is also filled with nice atmosphere and finished with a happy body and mind.

The most relaxing head, neck, shoulder and arm massage by kimmy - I basically fell asleep during the treatment as it was so relaxing and calming. I left feel very refreshed - thank you kimmy! Xx

First ever sports massage or massage ever for that matter. Very thorough consultation before massage which is needed to know how to adjust the session so your are not in pain. Went in without expectations as massage is not a cure for pain, it’s to help relieve pain. Very friendly , chatty, opted for no music but chit chat. Found a lot more knots that I thought I had , any painful knots were vocalised and listens to by Maria and pressure adjusted as needed. Defo will come back again.

Another fantastic massage from Hollie. She knew exactly which muscles were tight and needed more attention. Feel totally relaxed now thank you, just what I needed. See you again soon.
